What makes a control room console a Watson console?

The Watson Consoles' teams work cooperatively to design and build solutions that inspire your teams. We strive to give you an exceptional customer experience, from beginning to end. Centralized Account Managers lead a team of Designers, Engineers and Certified Installers focused on making your mission critical environment the best it can be.

Quint Andrae, National Sales Manager

Quint began working in Watson’s production area in 1991. Since that time he has contributed to multiple areas, making him a well-rounded product and manufacturing expert. Using intensive market research from customers, partners and consultants, Quint led the design team and advised sales for the better part of 15 years. Notably, Quint was a principle designer of the Mercury console line. With his breadth of market and product knowledge, Quint now leads our team of field representatives. Quint has a degree in mechanical engineering from Western Washington University. He is a member of APCO and NENA and regularly attends state, regional and national events.

Alan Blackford, Revenue Manager

The newest member of the Watson Consoles Team, Alan came on board in February of 2020.  Alan brings over 30 years experience in systems, operations, business development, and business optimization consulting - the last 8 years focused on the furniture space.  Alan is obsessed with improving and understanding the customer journey.

Alan and his wife of over 30 years just became empty nesters and in his new 'spare' time he's gardening, mentoring youth, and planning unusual vacations.

Jenny Cornish, Marketing Manager

Jenny joined Watson in the summer of 2019, after spending many years in sales and marketing at local Seattle museums and tourist attractions.  Her favorite part of the job is interacting with the dispatchers, through social media and at the local and national trade shows.

When Jenny is not at Watson you'll find her out in the mountains in summer, and attempting recipes way above her paygrade in winter.

Product, Planning and Installation Experts

This team is responsible for your project from preliminary planning to job completion and post-sale customer service. Your Watson support team will help you identify functional, durable and great-looking product solutions that your teams will love.

Brian coaches his son's football team, is an avid Seahawks' fan, and when the weather is right you'll find him in the garden or on the golf course.

Lisa Dotterweich, Lead Account Manager

Lisa has been managing 10 – 150+ position console furniture projects since 1997. She began her career as an administrator with MOWCO in 1994 and rapidly advanced to Project Assistant. By 1996, Lisa became a full time Project Manager. She joined the Watson team in 2000 when MOWCO merged with Watson and launched Watson Dispatch. Lisa has been involved with PSAPs since the inception of the modern dispatcher console. She is well-steeped in the project details and requirments of new installations and live-cutovers. Lisa is an expert space planner and is a certified CAD operator.

If Lisa is not at her desk, you'll likely find her out at the barn with her horse Zee.

Natalie Thorne, Account Manager

Natalie began at Watson in 2013 as a Project Coordinator and has since moved into the position of Account Manager. Previously, Natalie held positions with T-Mobile and in Human Resources for a government contractor.

Jennifer Waterman, Support Specialist

Jennifer started at Watson with the Order Fulfillment team. Her ability to deftly manage multiple accounts and mobilize teams to solve problems prompted rapid advancement to Project Manager. Prior to joining Watson, Jennifer worked for 19 years for Aramark Uniform Services in various roles including Customer Support Manager, Administrative Support, Contract Technical Specialist and New Business Installation Manager.

When not at Watson, you'll find Jennifer hiking a Pacific Northwest trail or at the Horse Harbor Foundation where she volunteers as part of the horse therapy program for special needs children.

Dena Byerley, Support Specialist

Dena is our dedicated service specialist. She works in cooperation with a team of product and manufacturing experts to quickly assess and address customer concerns. We first met Dena when she was a representative of the local Chamber of Commerce and hosted an event at our factory.

Dena is passionate about animals and shares her home with Chloe, a chihuahua. She also de-stresses by creating greeting cards.

Kim Banks, Support Specialist

With Watson since 2018, Kim Banks quickly moved into the support team from her role as Account Coordinator.  Kim's 20 spent in the Navy (she retired as Master at Arms) uniquely qualify her to understand the service needed for dispatch centers and she loves that she's still assisting public safety even in 'retirement'.

When she isn't helping PSAPs, Kim can be found in her garden, tending what is probably the most colorful flower garden in town.

Design & Engineering

Committed to improving the user experience, the design team works in parallel to maintain regular product improvements and to develop solutions for PSAPs, today and in the face of emerging change.

Lucas Pearl, Vice President of Product Development

When not at work, he likes spending as much time as he can with his 14-month-old daughter Margot, wife Bridget and French Bulldog Lulu. When he isn’t playing soccer or watching his favorite teams – the Seattle Sounders and Manchester United, he and his family love to travel and are always looking for their next trip.

Doug Wisser, Lead Design Engineer

On a day-to-day basis, Doug is working on engineering changes and improvements to Console products and creates assembly instructions, and develops concepts for the next generation of console products. He enjoys having the ability to see designs go from a whiteboard sketch to a fully-integrated product that people interact with on a daily basis. Doug is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

When not developing the latest product improvements, he is often playing or watching soccer - Liverpool FC as his favorite team. He also plays Trombone in the Poulsbo Community Orchestra.
